Her career has taken her from Los Angeles to New York City, two of the worlds most influential beauty and fashion hubs. There she honed her craft, collaborated with diverse clientele, and developed a deep understanding of elevated, trend-driven beauty standards. These experiences shaped Meagan’s approach to artistry, which is meticulous, innovative, and always centered on the client. After spending time in France and immersing herself in Paris’s vibrant beauty culture, she recognized a gap in the market. There was no modern, seamless way for clients to book trusted, vetted beauty professionals directly to their homes. Drawing on her international experience and extensive hands-on expertise, she founded the platform to bridge this gap. Her background uniquely positions her as creative director, shaping Glâmes refined aesthetic, service philosophy and elevated client journey.

Complementing this expertise, Glâme co-founder Carla Malfatto brings over a decade of experience in the global cosmetics sector, specializing in brand strategy, consumer experience, and digital communication. She has led international creative strategy for beauty, fashion, and tech brands, managed multi-market product storytelling, and built cross-channel campaigns that engage diverse audiences. Her background bridges beauty, luxury, and digital innovation, and it positions her strongly to drive Glâme’s brand vision, consumer experience, and go-to-market strategy.
